SIFAX Shipping has unveiled a state-of-the-art warehouse where consignment stuffing and loading will take place in preparation for the launch of the Less than a container load (LCL) export service between SIFAX Shipping and ECU Worldwide at SIFAX ICT Ijora.

AGM of SIFAX Shipping, Adekunle Owobamirin, stated during the unveiling on Tuesday, June 9, 2024, in Ijora, Lagos, that the warehouse is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technology that would make the loading and unloading of the shipments extremely quick, effective, and efficient.

Each and every regulatory body that will staff this warehouse has already given their cooperation. In preparation for the first shipment that departs in August, we anticipate that our customers’ consignments will begin arriving right away,” he stated.

According to Paul Linden, MD, SIFAX ICT, any business owners who wish to do business with the company will find the warehouse’s location ideal. “Ijora is a centrally located, traffic-free area in Lagos. Our clients can have easy access to the warehouse and load their shipments there.

In order to improve export services from Nigeria for SMEs who lack the capacity to fill a container, SIFAX Shipping has teamed with ECU Worldwide.

A few SIFAX Shipping clients, regulatory bodies, and ECU Worldwide executives were present for the unveiling.
